Merrill's passion and dedication to the Insights community has been recognized with numerous national awards, most recently as a member of the inaugural class of the Insights Association's Laureate Certification, the organization's highest distinction. Other honors include Marketing Research Association's Distinguished Service Award, the Meritorious Service to Marketing Research Award and the Honorary Lifetime Membership Award for outstanding service to MRA and the marketing research profession. He is currently chairman of the advisory board for the Michigan State MSMR program and a board member for Hofstra University. Merrill's prior industry contributions include the MRA Board of Directors, MRA National Treasurer, and AMA Boston Chapter's President. In addition, he is a much sought after speaker for university lectures and industry conferences, co-chairing numerous AMA Leadership Summits.

With her tenured experience as a researcher and team leader, Lynn leads M/A/R/C®'s Client Services Team.

During her 30+ year career in market research, Lynn has led research teams and consulted with clients during design, analysis and interpretation of study results. Her experience and skills in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies across a diverse range of industries allow her to offer a full spectrum of consulting and solutions to clients. She has worked extensively in brand health, message/concept testing, communications, segmentation and customer satisfaction/loyalty. Lynn has expertise in the health and wellbeing arena, education sector, technology, retail and financial services, covering audiences including consumers, business decision-makers, patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals and payors.

Leaning on her breadth and depth of experience, Lynn provides strategic oversight and consultation to our clients and internal teams, offering guidance on the most appropriate methodologies and strategic insight into turning the research results into actionable recommendations for our clients.

With his commitment to superior client service and strong partner relationships, Brad leads M/A/R/C®'s Account Management Team.

Over his 18 years in the market research industry, Brad has worn many hats, holding the positions of Phone Room Supervisor, Analyst, Moderator and Account Director. This diverse experience has given Brad a unique understanding of both the researched consumer and the analytic process. He offers clients experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods spanning various client groups including consumers and business professionals. Brad is known for designing marketing research solutions that address clients' business and information needs and providing actionable results.

Brad has supported clients in a wide range of industries, including Agri-Business, Animal Health (Companion & Food Animal), Automotive, Life Science, Consumer Goods (including Alcohol and Tobacco), and Financial Services.

Brad generously provides thought leadership to the insights industry. He is a frequent guest speaker on webinars and at conferences, is a member of the Insights Association and sits on the board of directors of Project Evergreen, a national non-profit organization committed to bringing people together to create healthy green space.

Michael Feehan

In leading M/A/R/C®'s Health and Well-Being practice, Michael designs and executes world-class qualitative and quantitative research for global healthcare, pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, and for other industries whose products and services may impact health and well-being.

A former clinical psychologist, professor, and CEO, Michael brings considerable industry expertise, including extensive research and consultation in public health, regulatory and marketing science. Michael is passionate about generating insights that drive competitive advantages for firms who leverage the power of their products and services to enrich consumers' lives and help them attain their full potential. He drives positive business outcomes through the development of effective strategies and the novel application of advanced analytic models.

Michael has over 100 published works on public health and marketing science.

Alice Butler

Alice has over 27 years of experience in developing talent and solutions for executing research studies across diverse industries and data collection methods. She leads our Research Services teams and manages our data collection and service partners while assisting our client teams in the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

Alice is an active member of the Insights Association and is currently serving as national chair of the Education Committee and past president of the Southwest Chapter of the Insights Association. She has spoken at industry conferences and has published articles on data collection methods and management.

Patricia Wakim

Patricia has more than 20 years of financial management experience, providing information and insight to the executive team that is critically important in the decision making process. She is revered for her sound fiscal management skills and accurate forecasting ability that has driven the company to achieve its financial goals year-upon-year.
