Did you know?

Heart disease is currently the number one killer of women in the United States, responsible for about 1 in every 3 female deaths. Yet, only 1 in 5 women believe that heart disease is their greatest health threat, according to the American Heart Association.

Based on M/A/R/C’s research, 36% of women report a family history of heart disease.

With that knowledge in hand, 65% of these women report taking a proactive approach to their health and well-being.

Take Heart

Despite the family history of heart issues, proactive women are more likely to report (47%) very good heart health compared to those who are not proactive (20%).
