M/A/R/C® Research Welcomes Several Industry Experts, Increasing Ability to Provide Strategic Focus to Clients

October 29, 2024 - M/A/R/C® Research, a consulting firm providing insights and strategies, has recently added seven research industry professionals to its team, boosting their ability to provide strategic consultation to their clients.

Five of M/A/R/C®'s new staff members have joined the Insights and Strategies (ISM) team. Mimi Potter joins as Vice President, bringing 30 years of research experience in quantitative methodologies. Most recently, she served as Vice President at MarketCast, where she led large-scale custom, tracking and syndicated research in a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, travel, and QSR. Jim Lyza, Tammy Guevera, and Bonnie Johnson have joined as Directors on the ISM team. Jim brings 30 years of qualitative and quantitative experience, which includes roles at CRG Global and Dynata. He has expertise in many industries, including CPG, pharma, utilities, and building/construction. Tammy Guevara brings 20+ years of experience in the CPG, finance, tech, and pet industries. Her background includes roles at Big Village, IPSOS, and The Artemis Group. With a strong background in health and well-being research, Bonnie Johnson is a seasoned researcher with 20+ years' experience managing both qualitative and quantitative studies, having spent many years at Kantar Health. Bonnie has successfully collaborated with all types of clients, including pharmaceutical, retail, CPG, and finance. Cassidy Zeichner has also joined the ISM team as Research Associate. With her unique perspective from her years as a Vet Tech, she will be an invaluable member of our Animal Health practice.

On the client support side, Katie Guerrero has joined as Client Support Director. She'll be utilizing her 18+ years of research experience to focus on all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure effective delivery of insight-based results.

Finally, Maria Torres has joined our Multicultural Insights division as Senior Project Manager. She has in-depth knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Maria's analytical and project management skills, combined with her passion for collaboration, allow her to thoroughly understand and address the unique needs of brands, fostering strong relationships with clients and her team.
