M/A/R/C® Research Commemorates 60 Years of Innovation in Insights; Kicks Off Campaign Featuring Commitment to Industry

M/A/R/C® Research is honored to mark its 60th anniversary in 2025, commemorating six decades of leading-edge contributions to the insights and strategy industry. As part of the celebration, M/A/R/C will kick off a year-long campaign in January to showcase their legacy of thought leadership and innovation in providing insights.

A Legacy of Innovation
M/A/R/C® has been empowering brands since 1965. That's when the research department that Cecil "Bud" Phillips began at the advertising agency Tracy-Locke became a new company. More than half a century later, M/A/R/C is still committed to the vision that launched the organization: provide businesses with actionable insights that drive growth and success. From its earliest days, M/A/R/C has consistently pushed the boundaries of what is possible in market research and expanded its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Technological advancements are one area of innovation for the company, including the creation of ACRS (Automated Customer Research Systems) in the 1970s, which modernized sample management, data collection, and data processing. The company has also been at the forefront of key digital revolutions with online interviewing in the 1990s and the creation of a suite of accelerated, agile solutions more recently.

Commitment to Industry and Education
M/A/R/C®'s commitment to excellence extends beyond client work. Throughout 2025, we will be sharing more about the company's academic leadership, thought leadership, and charitable work.

Looking Ahead
As M/A/R/C® celebrates this significant milestone, the company remains dedicated to its mission of delivering unparalleled insights and strategies that empower brands and drive business success. With a rich history of innovation and forward-thinking approach, M/A/R/C is poised to continue guiding the industry for years to come.
